Important Notes

This itinerary includes Tibet and requires proper Tibet Travel Permit arrangements. Early booking is strongly recommended.
Foreign travelers and Taiwan passport holders should provide required documents in advance for permit processing.
Lhasa, Yamdrok Lake, Karola Glacier and Shigatse are high-altitude areas. Travelers should be in good health and prepared for altitude changes.
The first day in Lhasa is kept light for acclimatization. Avoid alcohol, heavy exercise and overexertion after arrival.
Potala Palace tickets are limited and assigned by the reservation system. The visiting order may be adjusted according to ticket time.
Yamdrok Lake, Karola Glacier and Shigatse visits may be adjusted due to weather, road conditions, traffic control, seasonal access or local regulations.
Day 7 includes a long drive from Shigatse back to Lhasa. Departure flights should be scheduled with enough time buffer, or an additional night in Lhasa is recommended.
Kunming free day activities are flexible and should be confirmed separately if specific sightseeing is required.
Photography may be restricted inside temples, monasteries or certain cultural sites. Please follow guide instructions.
